but the TLDR is that "Second Sino" is the common name for the Second Sino-American War (2037-2040) and "Second Trench" is the Second Battle of the Mariana Trench (2038)
Goddamn, that was one hell of a read. It's nice to see that in between all the differences and new ships, the story beats are still similar.
From Bismarck's North Korean AA Gun Execution, to the fall of Abdacom to Arashi being the unwilling instigator of doom once again by bringing McCluskey home... It's sooo good.
And also I have to admit, it's not often that we see the Isekai event from the perspective of the guys in the destination timeline. That sudden arrival (and equally sudden disappearance) of the storm definitely put the fear of god in others and confused the hell out of the onboard aerologists.
> Philips instantly comprehends the battle is lost. His task is now survival, at best. But he has hope that it is impossible as the weather grows progressively worse
Should this be 'possible'?

Of course it's fitting and proper that you write what you love, but as audience feedback, I don't have the background to appreciate any of this, my eyes glaze over as of the first paragraph.
The crescendo of tension that leads to the climax of the CTF arriving... *chef's kiss*
Excellent work as usual.
So DEI still fall (DEI as Dutch East Indies)..
I'm very new to this so I must ask, where can I look for the definition of terms like "second trench" and "second sino" like what even are these
you'll want to start by reading the pre-shift lore posts!

Thank you so much! Hope to read the physical book when it comes out!

Nicely done man!
Thank you!
Great to see you back man. I love the ending
The arrival of futuristic Americans in the end... but also bad guys...

Few questions.
1. Do the Germans get any other carriers
2. Does the Soviet navy get bigger?
3. What’s the air war in the pacific look like
i have just stumbled upon your work, thank you for the story, the similarities are as interesting as the differences 👌
where and how -if possible- can i read after the arrival ?
I don't exactly understand the point of "altered" history (if that is what this is).
Isn't the real story interesting enough?
great stuff
especially enjoyed the larger ABDACOM fleet
